Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems
- Process invoices, contracts, and confidential documents with zero errors
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and Google Sheets
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors via email/phone
- Organize physical and digital files with systematic indexing protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5% data accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in fast-paced settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
