Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule complex calendars, including coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, with a professional demeanor.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and maintaining up-to-date office records and filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative projects and special events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
- Experience with CRM software or project management tools is preferred.
