Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications professionally, responding to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and team building activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as required.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc projects and special administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
