Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take detailed minutes during executive meetings.
- Maintain office inventory, order supplies, and manage filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
