Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal meetings with precision.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries and routing messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable and confidential.
- Assist in event planning, travel arrangements, and office logistics for team gatherings and client visits.
- Process invoices and assist with general office supplies management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
