Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume email inbox and schedule complex calendars.
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Process expense reports and assist with accounts payable/receivable tasks.
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials using advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for confidential documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
