- Design ESG reporting frameworks compliant with GRI and SASB standards
- Collaborate with C-suite on sustainability budget allocation and ROI analysis
- Manage relationships with regulators, NGOs, and industry coalitions
- Monitor emerging climate technologies and policy developments
- Train 200+ employees on sustainability best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years of corporate sustainability experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in carbon footprint reduction strategies
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability software
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Professional certifications (e.g., GARP, LEED AP) preferred
