The Role:
You will bridge the gap between engineering and marketing, working closely with developers to implement SEO best practices. Your expertise will directly influence our client's ROI and market share.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexation problems.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Schema markup, AMP, and improve site architecture for better crawlability.
- Monitor keyword performance and competitor activity using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
- Create detailed monthly reports and actionable insights for stakeholders to demonstrate ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google's core web vitals, search algorithms, and indexing practices.
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, and GTmetrix.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting frontend SEO issues.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
