Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop, define, and manage the comprehensive strategic plan for the year 2026, aligning business goals with operational execution.
- Analyze Market Trends: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with department heads (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure cohesive alignment across all strategic initiatives.
- Financial Forecasting: Lead the development of long-term financial models and budget allocations to support the 2026 vision.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on progress against the 2026 roadmap milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and buy-in for the 2026 strategic direction.
- Innovation Management: Identify and pilot emerging technologies and methodologies that will drive competitive advantage by 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans (3-5 year horizon) with a focus on 2026 goals.
- Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Excel).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making without direct authority.
