Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Year 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning business goals with future market opportunities.
- Analyze macroeconomic trends and technological advancements (AI, blockchain, etc.) to forecast industry shifts.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure operational readiness for 2026 objectives.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the evolving landscape and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure success against the 2026 vision.
- Communicate complex strategic initiatives to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and buy-in.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully navigating organizational change and driving long-term growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Experience in the technology or logistics sector is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is a plus.
