- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-focused strategic priorities
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex future concepts into executable plans
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Mentor R&D teams in integrating foresight methodologies into product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, whitepapers)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
