- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings across all major search engines.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement best practices for site speed, crawlability, and indexing to ensure optimal site performance.
- Lead a high-performing team of content creators and link builders to secure high-authority backlinks and enhance domain authority.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs to identify trends, diagnose issues, and optimize conversion funnels.
- Collaborate closely with product management and development teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO requirements into the product lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to advise leadership on long-term digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search rankings and driving organic revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of Google’s algorithm updates, core web vitals, and current SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and experience managing cross-functional projects and mentoring junior team members.
