Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy designed to dominate organic search results by 2026.
- Conduct deep-dive audits of site architecture to ensure optimal crawlability and indexation for both humans and AI crawlers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Schema markup and structured data that enhances rich snippets and voice search visibility.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the competitive landscape.
- Optimize content ecosystems to align with semantic search intent and natural language processing trends.
- Build and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven portfolio of success in scaling organic traffic for high-traffic websites.
- Deep understanding of Google’s algorithm updates, including the shift toward AI-driven search results (SGE).
- Expert proficiency in technical SEO, including site speed, mobile optimization, and site architecture.
