Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route calls to appropriate departments
- Coordinate visitor check-in and maintain professional reception area
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage shipping logistics
- Support executive calendar management and meeting coordination
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement processes
- Prepare routine correspondence and administrative documentation
- Collaborate with HR on new employee onboarding procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems)
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
