Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and route 50+ daily calls efficiently
- Coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Greet and screen all visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage inventory of office supplies
- Support HR onboarding with new hire badge issuance and orientation
- Maintain immaculate reception area and common spaces
Qualifications
- 3+ years receptionist or executive assistant experience in corporate settings
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Discretion handling confidential information
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
