Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced AI models for the 2026 technology stack, focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Optimize neural network architectures to achieve high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to solve unstructured business problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure best practices in AI development.
- Establish scalable data pipelines to support continuous training and model improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and AI ethics.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and NLP.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical projects from concept to deployment.
