Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AGI integration and edge computing.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives to prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic chips, advanced LLMs) six months ahead of market trends.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling high-frequency data streams.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership and align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and integrate them into product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
