Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical architecture with business goals.
- Architect and deploy Autonomous Agentic Workflows capable of complex reasoning and multi-step execution.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments with a focus on security and latency.
- Establish best practices for AI Governance, ethics, and explainability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern orchestration tools.
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems handling high-volume data streams.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
