Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for large language models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Lead research initiatives focused on RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and ethical AI alignment.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for AI infrastructure.
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish technical papers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building production-level AI systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
