Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for quantum technologies, climate adaptation, and neuro-interfaces
- Present compelling future visions to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of future-forward technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurism forums
- Oversee the implementation of ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 technology deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, climate tech, or neuro-interface technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-disciplinary teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- PhD or Master's in Technology Futures, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
