Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop predictive models using our AI Synthos Platform to quantify market shifts and opportunity windows
- Present strategic futures to executive leadership and board members with data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors to co-create 2026+ ecosystems
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, D3.js)
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation (white papers, TEDx, industry journals)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or University of Houston)
