- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks identifying 2026+ market trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and innovation teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bioengineering)
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation roadmaps with future market demands
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present future outlooks to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Published research on technology disruption or long-term forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategy
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable outcomes
