Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Foresight Reports analyzing global trends, disruptive technologies, and socioeconomic shifts
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and think tanks focused on 2030+ horizons
- Create quantitative models to forecast market disruptions and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in future methodologies including horizon scanning and weak signal detection
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, or related field with 8+ years of applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategy with measurable ROI
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi techniques and cross-impact matrices
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) strongly preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Palisade @Risk or Cognito
