- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry journals
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or corporate strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner)
- Experience advising C-suite on future market disruptions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
