Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and environmental trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizations navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive boards and investor groups
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work and human-machine collaboration
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial impact
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, scenario planning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
