Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 AI Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like generative agents, neural interfaces, and spatial computing.
- Oversee the development of proprietary machine learning models capable of processing real-time, high-velocity data streams.
- Conduct feasibility studies for high-risk, high-reward technologies to determine their viability for production deployment.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management to align technical strategy with business objectives for the next fiscal year.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI frameworks and ensure compliance with future regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth startup environments.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning principles.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
