Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) frameworks.
- Define and execute the technical vision for the company's 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing capabilities into AI models.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model safety, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous research and prototyping to validate emerging technologies before scaling.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and edge computing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
