Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios and roadmaps for technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic concepts (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-digital integration)
- Establish foresight frameworks to anticipate technological, regulatory, and societal shifts affecting business models
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-ready solutions in sustainability and digital transformation
- Author thought leadership publications and industry reports on emerging technological paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or corporate planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable business solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio of published futurist work or technology roadmaps
