Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to pioneer 2026 research initiatives
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, neurotech, climate tech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology ethics, or strategic planning
- Experience leading global research initiatives with cross-cultural stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
