- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and scenario-planning models for Board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish quantitative forecasting methodologies using big data and predictive analytics tools
- Author thought leadership publications and represent Nexus Horizons at global futurist conferences
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge expertise in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or research with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy implementation
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- SCIP or World Future Society certification preferred
