- Produce trend reports with actionable recommendations for R&D priorities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
- Represent company at global futurism summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological convergence
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Certification in Futures Design or Strategic Foresight preferred
