Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to establish a 3-year strategic vision for our tech stack, prioritizing AI integration and predictive analytics.
- Lead Architectural Transformation: Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud architectures, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Drive AI & Machine Learning Initiatives: Spearhead the deployment of Generative AI tools to automate workflows and enhance product capabilities.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor & Technology Partnerships: Evaluate and select emerging technology partners to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and executing them successfully.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of LLMs, neural networks, and machine learning pipelines.
