Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and model architectures.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to prepare for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models for specific enterprise use cases, ensuring low latency and high accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to drive the technical strategy of the company.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLMs, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
