Responsibilities
- Architect and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead 15+ person research team across quantum hardware and software domains
- Develop patent-pending error correction protocols for 2026-era quantum processors
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum cryptography initiatives
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature journals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record leading $5M+ R&D initiatives
- Clearance eligibility for government quantum projects
- Patents in quantum error correction or topological qubits
