Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate high-level research concepts into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences and contribute to the open-source machine learning community.
- Design and optimize algorithms for massive-scale distributed training and inference pipelines.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and analysis to validate novel approaches in NLP and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning, with a focus on deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), or Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated ability to publish high-impact research at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing tools (Ray, Kubernetes).
