Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of hybrid AI/Quantum software solutions with a primary focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and emerging industry standards.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of engineers and researchers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate quantum-resistant cryptography and advanced AI models into existing enterprise workflows.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of quantum hardware advancements and AI breakthroughs, evaluating their potential impact on our product suite.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system architecture to ensure high availability and low-latency processing for complex computational tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) and deep knowledge of classical machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers in a high-paced environment.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying and managing scalable infrastructure on major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
