Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on qubit stability and error correction protocols

- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at industry conferences
- Develop patentable quantum computing methodologies and IP strategies
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional innovation teams
- Secure external research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Demonstrated publication record in quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
