Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning algorithms and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Optimize model performance and inference latency to ensure seamless user experiences in real-time applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in AI, specifically focusing on Generative AI and LLMs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with strong experience in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of classical machine learning algorithms and modern deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
