Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Lead the 'Project 2026' initiative, ensuring technical feasibility and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
- Design robust data pipelines to handle large-scale real-time data streams.
- Translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with deep learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for AI ethics.
