Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and architecture strategy for Horizon 2026βs flagship AI products.
- Lead the design and implementation of large-scale machine learning infrastructure and pipelines.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, data scientists, and researchers, to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across all deployed AI models and services.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and distributed systems to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading architectural initiatives and delivering complex systems from conception to production.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
