Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, quantum-ready software architectures for the Horizon 2026 roadmap.
- Lead Innovation: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including Neural Networks, Predictive AI, and Edge Computing.
- Legacy Migration: Oversee the strategic transition and modernization of existing legacy systems to ensure compatibility with future standards.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical vision and long-term goals for the 2026 product suite.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability, security, and peak performance under high-load scenarios.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in Quantum Computing frameworks or high-performance computing environments.
- AI & Machine Learning: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and their application in real-world, high-stakes systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous, high-level technical challenges.
