Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Optimize model inference latency and improve overall system scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in Deep Learning and NLP.
- Establish best practices for data handling, model training, and monitoring.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Experience with LLMs, Transformers, or Generative AI models is a plus.
