Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture for AI-driven decentralized applications (DApps).
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with blockchain protocols to enhance smart contract automation.
- Conduct R&D into emerging technologies, including quantum-resistant cryptography and edge computing.
- Mentor a team of 5+ senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with global regulations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and Solidity.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their deployment on distributed networks.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of decentralized identity (DID) and zero-knowledge proofs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly preferred.
