Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 adoption cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our FutureLab
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on business strategy
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech innovations from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
