Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation milestones
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into core business strategy
- Build and manage a world-class innovation lab with $50M+ annual budget
- Represent company at global tech forums shaping 2026 industry standards
- Mentor VPs of Engineering in emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in strategic futures planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published futurism research
- Proven track record scaling tech products from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR
- Global thought leadership with 50+ keynotes at premier tech conferences
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
