Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines ready for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Drive performance optimization, cost-efficiency, and security best practices across all AI deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- R&D Exploration: Explore and prototype new technologies (e.g., AGI interfaces, neural rendering) to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud architecture (AWS, GCP), and microservices.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and design resilient systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
