Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models designed for the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Lead research initiatives in deep learning, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate 2026 strategic vision into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and data governance.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure reliability and safety.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and transformer models.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a high-velocity, experimental environment.
