- Team Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the optimization of complex data pipelines to handle exabyte-scale data processing and low-latency inference.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate high-level business requirements into actionable technical AI solutions.
- Model Deployment: Manage the full lifecycle of AI models from experimentation to production deployment using MLOps best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras; strong understanding of distributed computing.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, with proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical approaches.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
