- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of models in production environments, ensuring minimal latency and maximum uptime.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and business stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, and Computer Vision architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-scale environments.
