Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical vision for Horizon AI Systems leading up to 2026, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in developing proprietary algorithms and machine learning models.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) and integrate viable solutions into our ecosystem.
- Establish best practices for cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and data sovereignty.
- Collaborate with product and executive leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee system performance optimization and incident response for critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within the AI/ML sector.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices.
- Experience designing systems for high concurrency and large-scale data processing.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
